Current Bill Summary

SB 1025 - This act makes non-compete clauses in employment contracts within the broadcast industry an unlawful employment practice. Such contracts are void and unenforceable, and an employer who violates this provision shall be liable to the employee for damages and reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
