SCS/SB 1045 - This act adds one circuit judge to the
Seventeenth Judicial Circuit, and one associate circuit judge
specifically to Cass County, in the Seventeenth Circuit.
Provisions in the original bill for the creation of a new
judicial circuit have been eliminated in the substitute.
