SB 570 - This act allows any excursion gambling boat to offer child care services to its employees only if the services are licensed by the Department of Health. This act prohibits the offering of child care services for patrons of excursion gambling boats.
This act is similar to HCS/SB 902 and HB 1163 (2000).
