HCS/SB 610 - This act requires that motorcyclists under 21 years wear helmets. Currently, all motorcyclists are required to wear helmets.
Requires every person operating or riding as a passenger on any motorcycle or motortricycle to be protected by glasses, goggles or a transparent shield.
This is act is similar to SB 294 (1999).
