SB 636 - This act designates the first commercial film studio in Missouri operated by Walt Disney as a Missouri State Historical site.
The Missouri Department of Natural Resources may acquire the Disney film studio, pursuant to General Assembly appropriation. The Attorney General shall approve the instrument of conveyance.
Following acquisition of the site and the necessary
rehabilitation of it, the Department of Natural Resources shall
establish and operate a museum dedicated to the life and works of
Walt Disney.
