SB 679 - This act affects only the St. Louis City courts. It transfers control over deputy circuit clerks, docket clerks, data processing personnel and personnel officers from the circuit clerk to the court. Removal and conditions of employment remain subject to Supreme Court rule 7.
The transfer becomes effective January 1, 2001.
