SB 711 - This act prohibits the recreational use of two-
stroke carbureted marine engines upon Missouri waters. Beginning
June 1, 2005, personal watercraft powered by two-stroke marine
engines will be banned from Missouri lakes and other bodies of
water. A person operating a two-stroke personal watercraft will
be guilty of a Class C misdemeanor.
