SB 762 - This act creates a property tax exemption for
manufacturers of various stamp and die cast products who are in
possession of such products pending transfer of possession to a
customer. It also makes technical changes clarifying a
manufacturer's lien in such products. It creates a new section
defining the respective rights and responsibilities of buyer and
seller of such products after the buyer has ceased using them.
