SB 875 This act requires colleges and universities to
certify English language fluency of all instructional faculty.
Faculty who fail to meet certification standards may not teach,
and the educational institution employing such faculty shall have
its appropriation reduced by $10,000 for each course taught in
violation of the rule. All Missouri citizens shall have standing
to sue to enforce.
