SB 914 - This act changes several measures regarding the
Administrative Hearing Commission (AHC). The act would require
the Department of Social Services to provide notice of a final
judgment. The AHC would also be given authority to set
reasonable fees in certain cases (motor vehicle and motorcycle
franchises). The act also removes procedural language found
unconstitutional.
