SB 156 - This act modifies alcohol licensing and reporting
procedures through the Department of Public Safety. Current law
is a holdover from Prohibition. This provision removes outdated
language and allows felons to serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic
beverages. Alcohol licensees no longer have to report felon
employees to the Department of Public Safety.
