SB 169 - The act changes the scope of which recorded documents are charged a fee when filed with the county recorder. Currently only documents listed in statute are subject to the fee. This act makes all documents that are recorded subject to the fee.
This act is similar to SB 676 (2000) and SB 255 (1999).
