SB 208 - This act exempts the homestead of a 100% disabled veteran and of the spouse of a deceased disabled veteran from taxation. Each county shall notify the State as to the amount of revenue lost because of this act that is not otherwise offset and the costs by county shall be submitted to the Governor and General Assembly for reimbursement.
This act is similar to SB 586, SB 635, SB 764 and SB 898
(2000).
