SB 217 - This act would prohibit the possession or use of a glass food or beverage container within fifty feet of any navigable waterway in the state of Missouri except in designated camps or picnic sites or in vehicles on designated roads and parking areas.
Certain persons are exempt as provided in section 577.635 of this act.
From January 1, 2002, through December 31, 2002, persons
violating the provisions of this act shall be issued a warning.
On or after January 1, 2003, violation of this act is a Class C
misdemeanor.
