HCS/SB 321 - This act allows electronic filing of data by sheltered workshops with the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
This act creates the Sheltered Workshop Per Diem Revolving
Fund which will be funded by money appropriated to the Department
of Elementary and Secondary Education for shelter workshop
purposes. If the balance of the Fund exceeds five hundred
thousand dollars ($500,000) at the end of each fiscal year, the
excess will be deposited into the General Revenue Fund.
