SB 402 - The $500 loss limit per excursion on riverboat gaming is repealed as of January 1, 2002, and any increase in state riverboat gaming proceeds, compared to Fiscal Year 2001, shall be transferred to the Missouri College Guarantee Fund.
The Higher Education Academic Scholarship Program (also
known as "Bright Flight") scholarship amount is increased from
$2000 per year to $3000 per year.
