HCS/SB 521 - This act clarifies that insurance carriers are
required to establish a safety engineering and management
program. If an employer requests services under a safety
engineering and management program in which the insurance carrier
provides the services, the insurance carrier must report the
services to the Division of Workers' Compensation.
