HCS/SCS/SB 619 - This act allows licensed ambulance service providers to provide services at the State Fair.
The Department of Agriculture is authorized to provide an easement to the City of Sedalia for State Fair purposes. This portion of the act contain an emergency clause.
This act also authorizes the Department of Health to grant a
ninety-day temporary emergency medical technician license.
