Committee
Purpose: The purpose of the committee will be to examine financial viability of Missouri's nursing homes and to examine ways to help Missouri's growing senior population afford treatment in long-term care facilities. The committee shall consider the findings of State Auditor Claire McCaskill and the study prepared by the Missouri Department of Social Services in order to determine the proper methodology for providing appropriate funding for long-term care facilities in Missouri.
