AN ACT

To repeal section 198.439, RSMo, and to enact in lieu thereof one new section relating to the nursing facility reimbursement allowance.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:

Section A. Section 198.439, RSMo, is repealed and one new section enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as section 198.439, to read as follows:

198.439. Sections 198.401 to 198.436 shall expire on September 30, [2002] 2005.
