AN ACT
To amend chapter 8, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to security of state owned buildings.
Section A. Chapter 8, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 8.115, to read as follows:
8.115. Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter 571, RSMo, the office of administration, division of facilities management, is authorized to provide armed security guards at state-owned or leased facilities, either through qualified persons employed by the office of administration, or through the use of a contract with a properly licensed firm.
