SB 1208 - This act requires all highways in the City of St. Louis which are functionally classified by the Missouri Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration as principal arterial highways as of January 1, 1999, to be considered part of the State highway system.

This act is similar to HB 1136 (2002).
