SB 1273 - This act allows water corporations to file a petition with the Public Service Commission to establish additional charges or change rate schedule to allow for the recovery of costs associated with securing the water facilities or underground facilities. The Commission will conduct an examination of the proposed rate change and hold a hearing on the proposed changes.
