SB 958 - This act requires that the compelling state interest test be imposed on all government laws and ordinances that might infringe upon one's exercise of religion. Nothing in the act shall be construed to establish or eliminate a defense to a civil action or criminal prosecution based on civil rights law.
The act is identical to SB 261 (2001)and SCS/SB 551 (2000).
