SB 1213 - This act requires that railroad policemen be commissioned by the Superintendent of the Missouri State Highway Patrol. "Commission" means a grant of authority to act as a peace officer.

This act requires all railroad policemen employed after September 28, 1971, shall be licensed peace officers in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 590, RSMo.
