HCS/SB 275 This act repeals the authority of the Governor to convey certain tracts of land owned by the state in Cole County to either the General Services Administration or the Missouri Development Finance Board.
The act authorizes the Governor to convey to the Missouri
State Penitentiary Redevelopment Commission certain state
property located in Cole County known as the Missouri State
Penitentiary. Further, the act allows for the property to be
parceled out and conveyed at different times.
