AN ACT
To amend chapter 162, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to enrollment option plans.
Section A. Chapter 162, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 162.1058, to read as follows:
162.1058. Each school district in this state shall, no later than July 1, 2004, develop, and make available to the public, a policy regarding enrollment option plans.
