AN ACT

To amend chapter 252, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the department of conservation.


Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:

Section A. Chapter 252, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 252.350, to read as follows:

252.350. Any land which has been purchased by the department of conservation which has not been improved or modified, including but not limited to, road construction, public access, or the addition of buildings, in an amount exceeding ten thousand dollars shall be sold at public auction. Any land sold under this provision shall be sold only at public auction within one hundred twenty days of the enactment of this section to the highest bidder. Proceeds from the sale shall be deposited to the credit of the general revenue fund.
