AN ACT

To amend chapter 10, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the establishment of an official state grape.


Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:

Section A. Chapter 10, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 10.160, to read as follows:

10.160. The Norton/Cynthiana grape, designated as Vitis aestivalis, is hereby selected for, and shall be known as, the official state grape of the state of Missouri.
