AN ACT

To amend chapter 253, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to conveyances of land by the department of natural resources.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:

Section A. Chapter 253, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 253.043, to read as follows:

253.043. The department is authorized to convey up to five acres of land as part of a land trade with adjacent property owners to resolve park boundary conflicts, so long as the department receives land of equal or greater fair market value in exchange.
