SB 221 - This act prohibits the Public Service Commission from imposing any restrictions on the provision of high speed Internet or broadband service. The act also requires local telephone companies to provide unbundled access to their network only to the extent specifically required by FCC regulations.

This act is similar to HCS/HB 142.
