SB 421 - This act revises the times at which liquor by the drink may be served at certain convention trade areas. Currently some of these areas are required to sell liquor no earlier than 11:00 a.m. on Sunday. This act moves the time to 8:00 a.m. on Sundays for convention trade areas in Kansas City.
