SCS/SB 666 - This act requires the school board of each school district with multiple attendance centers to, no later than July 1, 2004, develop, and make available to the public, a policy regarding the transfer of that school district's students to other schools within the district. School districts that do not maintain a policy regarding the transfer of that school district's students to other schools within the district are exempt from the provisions of this section.
