SB 1047 - This act gives the Children's Division the sole
authority to license foster homes, residential care facilities,
and child-placing agencies. Current law requires the Department
of Health and Senior Services to license residential care
facilities for children. This act repeals Section 210.484, RSMo,
and thereby gives the Children's Division the authority to
license residential care facilities for children.
