SB 1053 - This act requires that school districts meet the requirements of Section 160.530, RSMo, in order to be eligible for state aid.
Under current law, Section 160.530, RSMo, requires, as a
condition of receiving state aid, that school districts allocate
one percent of their state aid to the professional development
committee of the district.
