SB 1117 - This act authorizes a surcharge of up to $10 be
assessed in each court proceeding filed in the 23rd judicial
circuit (Jefferson County) in all civil and criminal cases,
including violations of county or municipal ordinances any
violations of traffic laws. The county shall use the funds
generated by the surcharge for costs associated with the
operation of judicial facilities of the 23rd judicial circuit.
