SB 1286 - This act modifies Section 167.181, RSMo, to provide that the rules promulgated by the Department of Health and Senior Services can modify the manner and frequency, including "zero" frequency, of immunizations.

New language also states that the rules shall not require any immunizations that are not specified in Section 167.181, RSMo. The immunizations currently specified in this section are: poliomyelitis, rubella, rubeola, mumps, tetanus, pertussis, diphtheria, and hepatitis B.
