SB 1349 - This act adjusts the "eligible pupils" definition
in the state aid formula so that districts would garner an
additional sixty percent (over the amount already awarded per
pupil) for each "English as a Second Language" (ESL) student the
district educates. The act creates a definition regarding ESL
students.
