SB 1398 - This act enables statutory members of the Missouri
Development Finance Board, the Missouri Housing Development
Commission, and the Second State Capitol Commission to be
represented by proxy at meetings, provided the member sends
written, signed verification of such proxy by the beginning of
any such meeting.
