SB 861 - This act creates the NRA special license plate. Any member of the NRA desiring such a plate shall pay a $25 emblem-use contribution to the NRA and pay the Department of Revenue a $15 fee in addition to regular registration fees. The emblem-use contributions shall be used by the NRA for the Eddie Eagle Gun Safe Program, youth programs, and education and training in the state of Missouri.
