SB 1147 - In addition to those committed for mental disease or defect, this act makes the crime of escape from commitment, for those committed to a state mental hospital as a sexually violent predator, a Class D felony.

This act is similar to SCS/HCS/HB 1215 (2004) that was truly agreed to and finally passed.
