SCS/SB 1202 - This act modifies the fee paid by those requesting criminal history record information. The fee is increased from five to ten dollars per request for information not based on a fingerprint search and from fourteen to twenty dollars per request for information based on a fingerprint search.
This act also requires that any person required to provide criminal history record information as a condition of employment with any entity of the state pay the fee required for such a request.
