SB 1214 - This act creates an exemption in the Missouri Sunshine Law in certain situations for public bodies who receive information that is voluntarily submitted by a non-public entity who owns or operates an infrastructure to any public governmental body, for use by that body to devise plans for the protection of that infrastructure. Further, records that are voluntarily submitted by a non-public entity must be reviewed by the receiving agency within ninety days of submission to determine if retention of the document is necessary in furtherance of a state security interest, if not the documents must be returned to the non-public governmental body or destroyed.

This act contains an emergency clause.
