SB 1267 - This act modifies Chapter 416, RSMo, namely sections within the Missouri Motor Fuel Marketing Act. The sections were originally passed as CCS/SS/SCS/HS/HB 414 (1995); the court held the act unconstitutional as violating the single subject requirement of Article III, Section 23.
This act re-enacts two sections and puts back into law that which is already present. However, pursuant to the court's decision, the revisor of statutes cannot put the act back into law without first passing this language.
