SCR 23 - This resolution designates the bridge crossing the Missouri River between St. Charles County and St. Louis County on Interstate 70 the "Blanchette Memorial Bridge". This act designates the bridge crossing the Missouri River between St. Charles County and St. Louis County on U.S. Route 40/61 the "Daniel Boone Bridge". This act designates the bridge crossing the Missouri River between St. Charles County and St. Louis County on Highway 370 the "Discovery Bridge". The state shall not be obligated to provide any funding to commemorate or memorialize the designated bridges.
