SCR 43 - This resolution creates the "Interim Committee on Violent Crime". The Committee shall conduct an in-depth study on the causes, issues related to, and the resulting effects of violent crime within Missouri and discover methods of reducing such crime in order to improve the safety and quality of life for citizens within this state.
