Biography for Senator Caskey

Born January 3, 1938, in Bates County. Graduated with honors from Central Missouri State University and the University of Missouri-Columbia (A.B., J.D., Order of the Coif).

He is an attorney-at-law. Served as Bates County Prosecuting Attorney. Serves as the Minority Caucus Chair. Married to Kay Head, October 26, 1974. They have a son, Kyle.

Member: First Baptist Church, Butler. Has served as Majority Caucus Chair, Majority Floor Leader and Assistant Majority Floor Leader. Elected to the Senate: 1976-2000.
