SB 1298 - This act exempts transfers of certain property by the Bi-State Metropolitan Development District and the Kansas City Area Transportation District Authority from real and personal property taxes and state and local sales and use taxes.

This act is similar to SB 1203 (2002) & SB 20 (2003).
