HB 40 - The act allows taxpayers and registered voters of a county to be members on a board of directors for any industrial development corporation formed by any municipality located within a county of the second classification. Prior to this act, the directors in such a county were required to be voters and taxpayers in the municipality.ANDY LYSKOWSKI
