HCS/HB 215 - This act allows the City of Warrensburg to annex areas along the road or highway up to 2.5 miles from the existing city boundary. This act is similar to HCS/SB 490 (2005) & certain provisions of CCS/SS/SCS/HCS/HB 58 (2005) & CCS/HCS/SS/SCS/SB 210 (2005).
